Transforming ancestral, other lifetimes, cultural and collective traumas and difficulties!

I have been thinking more and more about how each of us is a product of our ancestry, other lifetimes, our culture and the entire collective.  In other words, most things you are feeling and thinking are not as personal as you think--perhaps they are not personal at all!! 

You are connected to everybody and everything via a universal matrix or grid system.  As a visual, think of a giant spider web that connects you to everybody and everything.

Your inner circle of connection is with your ancestors (from both sides of the family), both alive and deceased, going back at least seven generations.  It is also with those souls you have all your lifetimes with or many lifetimes with.  These souls are either in your soul group or in your interlocking soul group.

Those in your "soul group" are souls/people you have all your lifetimes with--either incarnated together or helping from the others side as spirit guides  Your "interlocking soul group" are those souls you have many lifetimes with but not all of them.

Your outer circle of connection is with souls you are not influenced by as much but, nonetheless, they make up your culture/the collective so still influence you quite a bit.

My estimate is that your ancestors are "responsible for" about 40% of what you are thinking and feeling; the various lifetimes that are influencing you are "responsible for" about 40% of what you are thinking and feeling; your own personal experiences are responsible for about 20% of what you are thinking and feeling.  The collective encompasses all the issues, patterns, beliefs, memories, emotions and behaviors that are in your ancestry and other lifetimes.

Again, think of the visual of a spider web that connects you with everybody and everything.  If there is a trauma or difficult event in your ancestry or in a  lifetime that is not resolved, it stays stuck in the spider web like a bug that is close to you within the web.  This bug or trauma is broadcasting to you and others this ancestral or other lifetime memory.  Its like a bad TV show that is never turned off.

How do you turn off this traumatizing or difficult "TV show" that keeps affecting you?  By removing it from the spider web/your energy field.

How do you do this?  Mostly through your intention that you want all difficult ancestral and other lifetime memories and influences removed.  This includes all timelines (snap shots in time), all dimensions (all vibratory states from hate to love) and universes with your Higher Self directing and spirit guides assisting.

Your Higher Self or Spirit always has the best answers for you and is your best resource in directing your life.  No other spirit knows you like your own Higher Self/Spirit knows you.  Your spirit guides are in the higher realms that are connected to higher consciousness that is more aligned with love.  They help you by removing problems and issues out of your energy field (including the "bugs" that are broadcasting old problems to you) and by repairing your energy field after removing things no longer serving you.  They also bring in helpful energies to bring you into a thinking, feeling and action state of love, harmony and wisdom.

The more aligned you are with your own Higher Self or Spirit for wisdom and direction for your life and the more you ask for help from your Spirit Guides in removing inner and outer obstacles from your energy field, the more help you receive so you feel happier and lighter.

Sometimes we get mad that God or our Spirit Guides are failing us and not helping us enough.  Sometimes we think or act like we are children expecting a more advanced spirit or God to save us much like a child with a parent. We are ready to be aligned with our Higher Self/Spirit and act like grown-ups accessing our inner power which is ultimately aligned with love.

We are now in an era where we are ready to know that we are really Divine Beings having a human experience--we are not our experiences.  We are here to learn and grow within this new era of change where energetic tools are here to help us re-claim our Divine nature.

We are no longer to act like children asking for a demi-God to save us!  However, we must be careful to truly be aligned with our Divine Self/Higher Self/Spirit so that we act from our Divine Self which is aligned with love and the knowing that we are ultimately all ONE.

Below is an abbreviated healing process to help you remove ancestral and other lifetimes traumas and difficult events from your energy field.

• I ask to open up the Crystalline Dimension or love dimension in all universes and ask that it translates into a vibration that supports optimal health and wellness and transmutes anything below the vibration of love into the vibration of love.
• I ask to call in my ancestors on my mother's side of the family, both alive and deceased, those still influencing me today.
• I ask to call in the ancestors on my father's side of the family, both alive and deceased, those still influencing me today.

• I ask to call in all aspects of my soul in all lifetimes influencing me along with those souls with me in these lifetimes.
• I ask that each soul present, including aspects of my own soul, only accept the work that their Higher Selves feel is beneficial at this time, if any.  I am asking to change my connection to each soul present, as described within this healing process, so this will automatically makes changes to all souls I'm connected to.
• I ask that all healing work is done throughout our souls existence backwards and forwards in time, all levels of our Being (mentally, emotionally and physically) all appropriate dimensions in all universes and all energy fields that affect us using a no time and no space cocoon or zone for a quick processing and upgrade to our energy fields (this means you are asking to be taken out of time and space so you can process much faster).
• I ask that my Higher Self pinpoints all traumas, wounds, injuries, shocks and all difficult events, in my energy field, throughout my ancestry and all lifetimes influencing me backwards and forwards in time.
• I ask to unweave and disconnect all soul essences that are connected together in ways that are unhealthy.  I then ask that they are re-connected in a healthy, optimal connection.
• I ask to unweave all lost souls, including lower realm entities and energies, from my energy field.  I ask that they are encapsulated in a bubble of loving, crystalline energy and moved out of my energy field using a no time and no space cocoon.  I ask that a tunnel of light appears, with loved ones and spirit guides there to assist and cross them over to their next higher level destination using a no time and not space cocoon.
• I ask that all memories and timelines are unwoven, folded up and transformed using the no time and no space cocoon.
• I ask that all fragments of my soul, or those of others that have been lost due to these difficult events, are unwoven, cleansed and purified and brought back in to integrate with those who have lost these parts of self using the no time and no space cocoon.
• I ask that all energy fields influencing me are repaired using the no time and no space cocoon.
• I ask that new templates/blueprints (a new roadmap or navigational system) and structures (a container to hold the new and to connect with everybody and everything within the new) are brought in for full resolution of these traumas, injuries, wounds, shocks and difficult events using the no time and no space cocoon.
• I ask to bring in energies to transform and cleanse issues, patterns, beliefs, unhelpful energies on a cellular level.
• I ask to bring in my own Divine Essence/Spirit to fill all voids and spaces.  I ask that my Spirit plugs into the circuitry of my heart and brain so it can direct me mentally, emotionally, and physically in all areas of my life.  
• I also ask that the appropriate qualities and energies come in to bring me/them to my next level of growth including love, wisdom, harmony and balance.
• I call forth the strengthening and stabilizing energies for optimal health and vitality so my body accepts all positive changes as a positive with my Higher Self deciding what they are.
• I ask to weave the adaptability energy into all energy fields that affect me so that my mind, emotions and body adapt easily and comfortably to all the changes.  
• I ask that a stability structure comes in so I feel safe and stable with all the changes. 
• I ask for a strong grounding energy to ground these new changes.  
• I ask to restructure and recalibrate all energy fields that affect me into the pattern that reflects the work done today throughout all time and space and beyond, all appropriate dimensions, or until no longer needed. 
• I ask that a no time, no space cocoon or zone is around me (you could picture a caterpillar cocoon around you that is enveloping you in a no time, no space zone) to process all that I've brought in for a fast processing and upgrade of my energy field.

Embarking on an Updated Men's Movement Helps Both Men & Women!

My last blog addressed how patriarchy hurts not only women but men.  Patriarchy trains men to hold in their emotions in order to be accepted by others which breeds power and control issues thus lack of authentic spiritual connection.

Women have been hurt by patriarchy mentally and physically but have made huge progress in western culture.  Women can work many of the same jobs as men and more women than men are now attending college. Men, unfortunately, have made little progress in any cultures around the world.

Men's wounds from patriarchy need to be held in the light and transformed since it affects both men and women and their relationships together.

Thor Eisentrager excitedly contacted me after reading my last blog. Thor let me know that he agreed with my blog and that this important topic has been his life long spiritual mission.  He was a part of the men's movement in the 1980's and was very disheartened after the whole movement collapsed without a sound.

I have known Thor since 1999 since we're both a part of some of the same spiritual circles.  When I first met Thor, he had recently let go a full-time career as a musician to embark fully on his spiritual path.  This meant transforming his own inner self which is the key for all of us to be authentic personally and spiritually.  This means getting in touch with one's emotions as well.

I am excited to see that Thor is now ready to take his spiritual path a step further--assisting men in getting in touch with their authentic, spiritual core.  I have no doubt he will make an impact on other men and the women who love them.

I talked to my previous neighbor and friend, Doug Toft, about this topic.  Doug was also a part of the old men's movement.  I have always found Doug to be more in touch with his emotions and spiritual authenticity than most men.  Doug has been a writer and editor for 30 years and was intrigued with my idea of bringing back the men's movement in an updated form by writing a book interviewing many men in different cultures and in different fields such as music, sports and corporate.

Butch Williams, a former NHL player, whom I wrote about last blog, is very interested in co-writing the book with me.  Butch has a unique perspective about men due to his lifelong love of hockey. He also has excellent writing skills. I am excited to hear more of his perspective on this topic and see where this project leads us as we talk to a variety of people with various backgrounds.

As some of  you know, I have been a full-time alternative counselor and coach for over 17 years.  Over the years I have developed a number of healing processes and audios (audios to be released soon) to help the mind, emotions and body reprogram and re-pattern itself into new ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.

Its very important to re-pattern the mind, emotions and body daily since our old ways of thinking, feeling and behaving are very ingrained.  The healing processes i've been guided to develop are meant to be used daily to ensure steady and permanent change. The audios make it very easy to keep change going but I will give you one to read (below) daily to start some important changes within yourself.

We are not operating singularly since we are connected to all souls in many dimensions and universes.  Therefore, we must also work on shifting the way we connect to all souls.

The souls with the greatest influence on us in our current life are our ancestors on both sides of our families--both alive and deceased.  Its astounding how we repeat the same things as the generations before us unless someone (like you) comes in to change yourself and consciously shift the connection between yourself and your ancestors.

Our soul group--those souls we have all our lives with either incarnated together or helping from the other side--also influences us.  Some of our ancestors are likely in our soul group as well.

Our interlocking soul group (a term I made up to describe this) are those souls we've had many lifetimes with but not all of them.  Some of our ancestors are likely in this group as well.

Our soul has much more going on than our current life.  We are in many dimensions and universes all at the same time as the one we are in today.

These many lifetimes also influence how we feel and operate in our current lifetime. I call this "aspects of our soul" meaning that a part of us is in many lifetimes all at the same time. The sciences are starting to show this as well.

Ed Belbruno, an astrophysicist and celestial mechanics mathematician, has written a previous blog for me a few years back giving a nugget of information on this topic.

Ed wrote the peer reviewed paper, "A dynamical system's approach to Schwarzschild null geodesics" a few years back.  In lay person's terms he calls it, "The Black Hole Theory."

The theory is (as best I can understand it) that we have a black hole in the center of our universe that is a billion suns big. The black hole has a spin, mass, volume and size to it that creates an atmosphere that allows particles to be in many locations at the same time.

Keep an eye on Ed--he has many published papers proving out the seemingly impossible.  He is also a professional artist and has had an award winning documentary on his life showcasing the similarities between art and the sciences and how his gifts are in both fields.

Quantum mechanics, quantum entanglement and string theory are also showing some of this as well.  J. Richard Gott, a Princeton University Astrophysicist and professor, has done high level research too.  His book, "Time Travel in Einstein's Universe" is a good book to purchase giving the background on multiple timelines and probabilities.

All of the influences described above are silent programs in our energy field.  This is much like a computer that has many unseen, open programs in the background causing it to slow down and make it not work well.

These silent programs must be worked on in order for us to make optimal personal change.  As we make personal change, we help everybody and everything since everything is interconnected--particularly the souls listed above.  This is the key to creating a collective shift.

I'd like to see this occur for men so that they can thrive emotionally and spiritually.  I'd also like to see women all around the globe make a shift mentally and physically.  This will allow all of us to make a shift into a much higher consciousness than we currently have on this planet.

Below is a healing process to read daily to transform patriarchy.  This process is to help both men and women and occurs by reading the words and having the intention that you want optimal change for yourself with your Higher Self/Spirit directing or deciding what is truly best for you.

Keep in mind that men have a feminine side to them and women have a masculine side to them so this will help bring internal balance that gradually creates an outer collective shift.

• I ask that resiliency and trust codes are placed within my aura, the attraction part of my energy field, so that I can activate resiliency and trust in everyone I met who is open to it.

Patriarchy--the silent killer of men's emotions and spirit

All of us know of how patriarchy (a male dominated society) has impacted women's lives over the past 5200 years.  It is known that women were mentally and physically impacted by patriarchy.

Women were not considered equals intellectually, were considered the property of men until the 1920's and loosely until the 1950's (in the United States) and unable to have paid jobs until relatively recently.

In many countries, women have made huge strides with overcoming patriarchy.  In the United States, more women are going to college than men.

Most people do not think of how patriarchy has affected men.

Men have been under the golden rule ("evil" spell) that having emotions is "sissy"--particularly crying.  The only emotion acceptable is anger. Men's identity is based on their earning power which breeds power and control issues along with being patted on the back for having sex with as many women as possible to prove that they are manly.

Of course this is a stereotype and not every man has followed this or acts this out. However, it still has its impact on the collective male.

All of these things keep men disconnected from their Spirit.  This is due to lack of emotions, competition and greed along with sexuality lacking in emotional intimacy and sacredness in connecting with another person.

I don't see as much progress for men as women in transforming patriarchy.

I talked  the other day to Mae Sylvester about this topic.  Mae has had many careers in her lifetime including politics, consulting and most recently retiring from the U of M's medical school. Mae said (in response to my banter about this), "whatever happened to the 'Men's Movement?'  Somehow a true men's movement was forgotten."  She inspired me to think of how we need to actively change this.

After talking to Mae, I excitedly called soul family Butch Williams, a former NHL player, about this topic and how it has affected him in his life.  Particularly since he was in such a competitive, aggressive sport.

Butch said that lack of emotions and extreme competition at any cost is rampant in the sport.  He said it developed his personality--particularly since his dad was a semi-pro hockey player and his brother, Tommy Williams, was also an NHL hockey player.

We talked about how there's a need to change the paradigm for all men if they're to feel free to be themselves--whatever this means for each individual.

What I believe we're seeking (for both men and women) is authenticity--the permission and freedom for all of us to fully be ourselves which includes self-love and self-acceptance.  By having these important qualities, we have an authentic humanity and cosmos where we love and accept each other.

Disconnect your energy field from outdated patterns, beliefs, issues & behaviors with ancestors and other soul friends

We are all born into an ancestral line that fits what we need for learning and growth.  As a soul, we want experiences that will help us let go of past guilt and unforgiveness from other lifetimes/soul experiences and move into freedom, love and compassion for self and others.

We pick an ancestry that will help us accomplish this through their positive and negative mental, physical, and emotional qualities.  Some of these qualities lie dormant within us and some of them are more active within us.

You are connected to your ancestors and to everybody and everything through a grid systems that operates like a telephone line. I call it the universal grid system or universal matrix.  You're connected to all souls via this grid system which encompasses many universes and dimensions or realities.

Your ancestors carry patterns, beliefs, issues and behaviors that are passed on through many generations and are connected to you through the universal matrix since anything that has happened, and is not resolved, remains within this system.  You are so linked into your ancestors through the universal matrix that you affect each other and may even feel each others emotions and pain.

If an ancestor(s) has not crossed over, you will feel it even more since an ancestor not crossing over locks in any unhelpful patterns, beliefs, issues & behaviors which makes it hard to clear these up since its like a lock on a door keeping things from moving in or out.  It is important to cross over these souls so they can heal and grow and so they no longer impact all their living ancestors in an unhelpful way.

You also belong to a soul group. Your soul group is like a troupe of actors and actresses who choose to continue working together in all the plays they are in and take turns playing different roles. Sometimes you pick the role of the hero and sometimes you pick the role of the lesson giver who delivers the hardest lessons and hurts people the most. The goal is to pick souls who can help you learn and grow the most and sometimes negative experiences help you grow more rapidly. Some soul group members may even play the role of a spirit guide who is watching over you.

You also have interlocking soul groups who belong to a different troupe of actors and actresses but like to join your soul groups plays and may do so regularly.  They can also play an important role for your learning.

We are now in a time in history where we can start disconnecting or unweaving our energy fields from the ancestors, soul group and interlocking soul groups in any unhelpful and outdated ways and connect only in the most optimal ways so we can move into love and forgiveness more fully (forgiveness = letting go of the past).

As we disconnect or unweave from the unhelpful qualities, we want to connect up to or reinforce a connection to the most positive qualities and gifts.

Below is a healing process that can assist you in being connected to your ancestors, soul group and interlocking soul group in only the most helpful and optimal ways.  By reading the healing process, you are automatically intending for what is written to happen for you with your Higher Self (your Spirit that never dies) directing and monitoring it to make sure it happens optimally and in perfect timing for you.

Do the below healing process, one time a day, for three months since change is incremental.

• I ask that all healing work is done throughout my souls history backwards and forwards in time, all levels of my Being (mentally, emotionally and physically) all appropriate dimensions in all universes and all energy fields that affect me using a no time and no space cocoon or zone for a quick processing.
•  I ask to unweave all outdated patterns, beliefs, issues and behaviors in the energy fields between myself and my soul group members; between myself and my interlocking soul group members and between myself and all ancestors on my mom's side of the family and between myself and all ancestors on my dad's side of the family.
• If there are any ancestors or souls influencing me that have not crossed over, I ask that they are pinpointed and that a loving energy goes around them letting them know that this life is over and that its time to move on to a better place.  I ask that a tunnel of light appears to each ancestor, and soul who hasn't crossed and that any loved ones and spirit guides they resonate with are there to help them.  I ask that a loving energy lets them know that all is forgiven, there is only love and a loving place to go to and they don’t need to see anyone over there they don’t want to see and can come back to visit loved ones still on earth if they want to.
• I ask to transform energies that are unhelpful that are releasing from the unweaving using the exact opposite, most positive energies to do so.
• I ask to pinpoint all lower realm, entities and energies (the lower realms are connected into our unhelpful patterns, etc) and encapsulate them in a bubble of loving crystalline energy and move them out of my energy field using the no time, no space cocoon or zone.  I ask that a tunnel of light goes to each entity or energy so they are guided to their next highest level destination.  
• I ask to bring in the exact opposite of any entity residue and exact opposite of anything not serving me and transform it from my field.
• I ask to connect up to the positive gifts and energies with each member in my soul group, each  member in my interlocking soul group and each soul on my dad's side of the family and each soul on my mom's side of the family including other lifetimes and realities.  If there’s a person or soul that isn't a healthy connection at all, I ask that the connection is made somewhere else--a healthy lifetime
• I ask to bring in energies to transform and cleanse issues, patterns, beliefs, unhelpful energies on a cellular level.
• I ask to bring in my own Divine Essence/Spirit to fill all voids and spaces.  I ask that my Spirit plugs into the circuitry of my brain so it can direct me mentally, emotionally, and physically in all areas of my life.  
• I also ask that the appropriate qualities and energies come in to bring me/them to my next level of growth including love, wisdom, harmony and balance.
• I call forth the strengthening and stabilizing energies for optimal health and vitality so my body accepts all positive changes as a positive with my Higher Self deciding what they are.
• I ask to weave the adaptability energy into all energy fields that affect me so that my mind, emotions and body adapt easily and comfortably to all the changes.  
• I ask that a stability structure comes in so I feel safe and stable with all the changes. I ask for a strong grounding energy to ground these new changes.  
• I ask to restructure and recalibrate all energy fields that affect me into the pattern that reflects the work done today throughout all time and space and beyond, all appropriate dimensions, or until no longer needed. 
• I ask that a no time, no space cocoon or zone is around me (you could picture a caterpillar cocoon around you that is enveloping you in a no time, no space zone) to process all that I've brought in for a fast processing and upgrade of my energy field.
•  I thank my Higher Self for directing. I thank my optimal spirit guides for assisting aligned with my highest good, truth, and Source and thank them for continuing to assist me throughout completion of this process and beyond with my Higher Self directing.. 

The first week or two you may find that issues seem more pronounced since this process is geared to change your life into something more positive and some things may need to change or fall away.

Make sure you talk to like minded friends and talk to those people you need to resolve things with.  If this person isn't someone you can resolve things with, talk to someone else who can help you process things through. 

The end result is to bring in more peace, love and happiness since you are letting go of that which no longer serves you. 

The more of us who do this work, the more it ripples out and creates change for everyone.  "We are the ones we've been waiting for."

Outdated beliefs cause blocks in our energy fields which limits good solutions and positive manifestation!

I've been shown over and over again how our beliefs can open up or block solutions and good things from coming into our lives. 

Imagine that your beliefs are like a house window.  If your beliefs are limiting in nature, your house windows are locked up tight and nothing can come in or out of them; if your beliefs, thus thoughts, are free-flowing and open to many possibilities, they automatically open up the house windows and positive solutions and many new life adventures can come flowing in.

If you are able to see the human energy field, your aura (the egg-shaped energy field around you which is the attracting part of our energy field) can have closed shields or windows around it when your beliefs and thinking are limited or negative.  In this case, your aura does not let in any new solutions through people, places or situations nor does it bring in things that will be fun and exciting for you.  If your beliefs, thus thinking, are limitless and open to new possibilities, the windows are wide open--there is nothing blocking answers, solutions and good things from coming in via your aura thus your life.

This is also the case with unconscious beliefs. We can carry unconscious beliefs from many sources--our own personal experiences but also from our ancestry, culture and our religion.  We can be like sleeping sheep following some inner messaging system that is not serving us or allowing us to fully live a loving and authentic life.  These unhelpful, and sometimes damaging unconcious beliefs very much block our aura from letting in what we truly need. 

How do you get in touch with and heal these conscious and unconscious beliefs?  This is not an overnight endeavor!  It is truly a lifetime journey--our life dance! 

To start with, you want to put the intention out to the universe that you want to let go of any beliefs that are not serving you--those that are not loving or giving you happiness. 

Notice how your body feels during the day.  Your body is the barometer as to how you're doing mentally, emotionally and physically thus how open you are to new solutions and new adventures.  As you pay attention to how your body is feeling, stay present to it and accept and be with whatever you're feeling.  As you do, you will typically start to release old emotions and stresses.  This is a good start since these things can cover up or be a part of your unhelpful belief system.

Do not judge yourself for unhelpful beliefs or for "not being what you think you should be" since this defeats the purpose.  All humans operate from a false belief system.  We are all here to learn, grow, enjoy and move beyond these old beliefs. 

You were born during this era of change to do just that--create a change within yourself which then helps create widespread change.  When enough of us work on transforming ourselves into a more loving person, this creates a critical mass change since we are all connected to each other via a giant universal matrix or web that connects everybody and everything to each other like a giant telephone line.

Below is a healing process to kick start the release of unhelpful conscious and unconscious beliefs:

• I ask that my Higher Self/Spirit directs the healing and my optimal Spirit Guides/Angels/ancestors/friends from the higher realms (use whatever words fit you best) assists.  I ask for an energy of protection and energy of invisibility so that only those spirits and guides that are optimal can participate and see in.
• I ask that everything that is done in this healing is throughout my souls history, backwards and forwards in time, all levels of my Being down to the smallest particle of energy and all energy fields that affect me using non-linear time to process.
• I ask to bring in the vibration of love and that everything below the vibration of love transforms into the vibration of love.
• I ask to open up the Crystalline Dimension (this is a high vibrational dimension or realm that is about love) along with the highest dimensions in all universes that are about love and ask that they translate into a vibration that supports optimal health and wellness.
• I ask that my Higher Self pinpoints all conscious and unconscious beliefs and patterns that are interferring with my optimal happiness and highest good and brings in the exact opposite energies to transmute and release them from my energy field thus brain and body.
• I ask that the optimal beliefs, that will serve myself and humanity most, are brought into my brain and body so I can think, Be and do what is most fruitful for my life path.
• I ask that all blocks and limitations in my aura (that are like closed windows) are lovingly removed so my brain, body and energy field are opened up to new solutions and new adventures.
• I ask to bring in a strengthening and stabilizing energy for optimal health and vitality so that my body accepts all the positive changes as a positive with my Higher Self deciding what that is.
• I ask that an adaptability energy is woven into all energy fields that affect me so my mind, emotions and body can adapt easily and comfortably to all the changes.
• I ask that a stability structure comes in so my body feels stable and safe with all the changes.
• I ask to lock-in all the work that was done today down to the smallest particle of energy with my Higher Self deciding what is locked in.
• I ask to restructure and recalibrate all energy fields that affect me into the pattern that reflects the work I did today throughout all time and space and beyond or until no longer needed.
• I ask that a no time, no space cocoon goes around me (taking me out of time and space) for a fast processing and upgrade of my energy field.

Crossing over the ancestors, past life aspects of your soul and other soul friends brings deep healing

Awhile back I wrote a blog titled, "crossing over the ancestry brings deep healing."  This healing process had phenomenal results for many people! Since that time I have expanded this healing process to have a more sweeping affect on us by including past lives and other souls who have not crossed.

The premise is that we have all had many, many lifetimes.  Many of us think that these lifetimes could be going on simultaneous to our current one even though they appear to be in the past.  This would be due to the theory that time only exists due to our brains keeping things in linear time but without the brain doing so, there is no time or space.  If we look at some of the new sciences such as quantum entanglement, quantum physics and string theory, the world and universe becomes very multi-dimensional with many things going on simultaneously.

If its easier to look at things using linear time, totally understandable.  Even if we consider lifetimes as "past lives," I am still using the theory that our souls are much more than what is in this one incarnation and can have a part of itself in another reality despite being here.

We may have been in a past life where who we were had big inner struggles so did not feel worthy to cross over or felt traumatized so got stuck in a "snapshot in time" or felt unfinished with the life so never crossed over. We may have believed we were so bad that we deserved to go to hell so put ourselves there when we died by the mere act of fully believing this to be true.  If a part of us never crosses over, then the way we felt in this lifetime still influences how we feel today.

We may also have people we loved or didn't love who were in a lifetime with us who never crossed over. This can influences how we feel as well.  Particularly if that same person is in our current lifetime.  It can make us feel things for them that do not necessarily fit the current reality.

By crossing over our ancestors PLUS our past life selves/our past life soul aspects PLUS those who were with us in a lifetime, we can feel different about ourselves and our life and also different about those around us.  We can have a paradigm shift with the mere act of doing this.

Below is a healing process to facilitate this.

Healing Process

• I ask that my Higher Self/Spirit directs the healing and my optimal Spirit Guides/Angels/ancestors/friends from the higher realms (use whatever words fit you best) assists.  I ask for an energy of protection and energy of invisibility so that only those spirits and guides that are optimal can participate and see in.
• I ask that everything that is done in this healing is throughout my souls history, backwards and forwards in time, all levels of my Being down to the smallest particle of energy and all energy fields that affect me using non-linear time to process.
• I ask to bring in the vibration of love and that everything below the vibration of love transforms into the vibration of love.
• I ask that the crystalline energy (an energy above polarity that is helping our human selves transform into our most Divine Selves) is woven into my energy fields raising the vibration of my physical body to the highest vibration my physical body can comfortably manage.
• I ask that my Higher Self/Spirit pinpoints all ancestors, past life aspects of my soul and any souls who have not crossed over who have been with me past, present, future and ask that they are encircled in a bubble of loving crystalline energy waking them up to the fact that they have died and its time to move on to a better place.  I ask that this loving energy lets them know that all is forgiven, there is only love and only a  loving place to go to.  I ask that the loving energy is letting them know that they don't need to see anyone on the other side they don't want to see and that they can come back to see loved ones still on earth once they cross over.  By crossing over, it will help their loved ones feel better since they will have resolved the angst they have carried around with them and will bring in a loving energy instead.
• I ask that the loving energy is letting each soul know that there no such thing as hell--it is self-created thus a false belief is being held by them creating a false reality.  I ask that any soul who has created a hell for themselves has their Higher Self pinpoint this hell and bring in the exact opposite, most positive energy to transform it into love. 
• I ask that a tunnel of light appears to each soul who needs crossing over with any loved ones and Spirit Guides/Angels/saints/religious figures they most resonate with welcoming them and letting them know that they want them to come over to get resolution and find peace.  It is something each soul is worthy of and must do.  
• I ask that a no time, no space cocoon (takes everything out of time and space) goes around each soul and the tunnel of light for a fast crossing over.
• I ask that, as these souls cross, all issues, patterns, beliefs, memories, curses--anything that is not about love--is pinpointed and that the exact opposite energy comes in to transform it past, present, future into love, peace, and acceptance.
• I ask to pinpoint all lower realm energies and entities (you could think of this as a part of our/humanities shadow side where we are not loving) that are dormant, invisible, corded to me, anywhere in my energy field backwards and forwards in time and encapsulate them in a bubble of loving crystalline energy and move them out of my energy field quickly using the no time, no space cocoon.  
• I ask that a tunnel of light appears to each lower realm entity and energies to take them to their next higher level destination with a no time, no space cocoon around the entity/energies and tunnel for a fast crossing over.
• I ask to bring in an "implant extraction" energy to clear all lower realm/entity residue backwards and forwards in time.
• I ask to bring in more of my Higher Self/Spirit to fill all voids and spaces along with any other gifts and abilities I need at this time.
• I ask to bring in a strengthening and stabilizing energy for optimal health and vitality so that my body accepts all the positive changes as a positive with my Higher Self deciding what that is.
• I ask that I weave into all energy fields that affect me an adaptability energy so my mind, emotions and body can adapt easily and comfortably to all the changes.
• I ask to lock-in all the work that was done today down to the smallest particle of energy with my Higher Self deciding what is locked in.
• I ask to restructure and recalibrate all energy fields that affect me into the pattern that reflects the work I did today throughout all time and space and beyond or until no longer needed.
• I ask that a no time, no space cocoon goes around me (taking me out of time and space) for a fast processing and upgrade of my energy field.

Remember:  you are much more than your earthly self can comprehend! You are infinite!  Stay open to this infinite and limitless part of self and you will positively change in unknown ways.

Receiving from the heart brings joy to others!

Many people have a harder time receiving than giving.  Somehow we feel that accepting help or receiving good things from others makes us weak, unnecessarily vulnerable or somehow selfish.  Afterall, aren't we suppose to be self-suffient, strong in the face of adversity and giving rather than receiving?  Sometimes self-sacrifice is ingrained in us due to old collective belief systems.  We're to self-sacrifice, meaning we should "give only," since maybe a child in Africa will be mysteriously helped by this.

I used to be somewhat in that category myself--giving without receiving--until I went through some experiences that directly told me that this approach is difficult for others and can limit closeness and intimacy.

My close friend, Kate, died in December of cancer.  She knew her earth contract was up around September and wanted to be with as many people as possible before she left this planet.  As she became more ill, many of us took turns being with her so that she wouldn't have to be alone.  Many of us saw her every day for a period of time and derived satisfaction from making sure she felt supported and received the help she needed from the nursing home and then hospice.

I felt relieved that I could do something for her--it helped me to be with her.  I knew Kate would not be Kate soon and I wanted to spend  as much time with her as I could.  Many of us felt the same.

Another close friend of mine,  Barbara,  lost her house in a fire.  Many people rallied around her wanting to help her in some way.  Thankfully Barbara allowed people to help her because, if she didn't allow us, we'd all be deprived of the satisfaction of helping someone we loved.  Barbara is an amazing person who we wanted to be around during this time of change.

A loving, dear friend of mine, Liza, was going through some health challenges.  She always had a difficult time accepting help and ended up in the hospital a few different times.  She felt bad having people do things for her.  The only people who helped her were those who did them without consulting with her.  She finally admitted to me that she wasn't someone who received easily.  I realized that I had a difficult time doing something for someone without their permission--I didn't want to interfere.  We finally had a conversation about it and now we're both in a better place.  I finally got to help her--thank goodness--and she appeared to be okay with it.

These three experiences made me realize that we need to allow people to give to us because each of us need to give from a loving heart to feel the true essence of love and caring.  If we only give to others and do not receive, it blocks intimacy since no one wants a lopsided relationships unless they're a narcissist or addict.

The below healing process, if used every day for two months (use your intuition in case the timeframe for you is less or more) will remove blocks to receiving and allow you to give and receive with a balanced heart.

• I ask my Higher Self (the part of you that never dies and continues on for infinity) to direct and my optimal spiritual team to assist (friends and colleagues in the other realms/dimension that are more advanced due to not being in a human body and have contracted to assist you in this lifetime).
• I ask for an energy of protection and energy of invisibility so only those spirits and guides that are optimal can participate and see in.
• I ask that all the work done is throughout my soul's history and beyond, all levels of my Being (my mind, emotions, and body) and all grid systems/energy fields that effect me using non-linear time to process.
• I ask that the Crystalline Dimension (this dimension is the highest vibrational dimension there is besides Source/God) is opened up in my space at the highest level my body can handle.
• I ask that the vibration of love goes into my chakra system (seven major energy centers following the spine), etheric body (blueprint of the mind, emotions, and body), aura (egg shaped energy around each person that is the attracting part of the energy field), connecting grid (this connects you to the universal matrix) and universal matrix (this is like a giant telephone line connecting you to everybody and everything) transforming anything below the vibration of love into the vibration of love.
• I ask that the crystalline energy/filaments (the highest vibration from the creation realm/dimension) is woven into my chakra system, etheric body, aura, connecting grid, and universal matrix raising the vibration of my energy field to the highest vibration my physical body can comfortably manage.
• I ask to bring in the structure to hold and lock in energies that allow me to “receive” and ask that energies come in to make it easy for me to maintain a balance of giving and receiving.
• I ask to pinpoint the old structures and energies blocking me from optimally receiving and ask that the opposite and/or most optimal positive energies come in to tranform and release them from my energy field.
• I ask that a Large diamond shaped structure goes from my 1^st chakra to 3^rd eye with small diamond structures within it to lock in a new way of receivin bringing heaven to earth in many small to large ways.
• I ask that a column of structured light comes in to bring in strength and power needed for this way of Being.
• I ask to pinpoint and release my own self-judgments and judgments of others based on old expectations that make it hard to receive.
• I ask to release fear of being manipulated or in debt if I receive and to bring in acceptance that there is nothing to manipulate within me if I rest in Divine love.
• I ask that this energy process is locked-in down to the smallest particle of energy.
• I ask to bring in a strengthening and strengthening energy for optimal health and vitality so that my body accepts all the positive energies as a positive with my Higher Self deciding what that is.
• I ask that an energy of adaptable is woven into my energy field so that I adapt easily and confortable to all the changes.
• I ask to restructure and recalibrate all grid systems/energy fields that effect me into the pattern that reflects the work I did today throughout all time and space and beyond, all appropriate dimension or until no longer needed.
• Ask that a no time, no space cocoon (kind of like a caterpillar cocoon) goes around me (you are asking that your brain moves out of linear time into what most of the universe contains--non-linear time) for a fast processing and upgrade of your energy system.
• I thank my HS for directing,  my optimal spirit guides for assisting.  I thank them for continuing to assist throughout completion of this process and beyond with my HS directing it.

As your beliefs change about receiving, in a way that allows others to feel the joy of giving to you, you will find you are attracting relationships that are more balanced in giving and receiving thus more intimate.  


As more of us allow this balance of giving and receiving to be a part of our every day reality, it brings forth a template accessible to all on the planet.  Aferall, all of humanity and the universe is energetically connected.  We all effect everybody and everything with everything we think, feel, and do.
