Our new 2013 paradigm: loving no matter what.

I remember the mantra I told my sons when they were little and did something naughty, "I love you but I don't like your behaviors."  They grew up knowing they were loved even if their actions were something I didn't like.  This is a good goal to use towards all we meet.  It could be revised to:  I feel love for you even if I don't agree with you, like your behaviors, or want to be your friend.  I know that you're doing the best you can even if your best isn't on my radar for what I think is good.

I believe 2013 is a time to redefine love and love deeply.

I have thought many times, "I'm grateful I don't have a significant mental or emotional challenge." I know that people's capacity to be kind to others and do the right thing can stem from this.   I'm also glad that I have been able to work through my traumas and many of my difficulties.  Some people have blocked them off so completely that they don't know they are there or do not know how to work them through.  This also causes difficulty in being kind and doing the right thing towards others.

All of us have "off" days where we don't say things in the best way or do things in a way that others take as hurtful.  None of us are perfect.  We're all human and are just doing the best we can.

There are people I love deeply that I no longer see.  My love never changes for them--just the form of the relationship.  Not everyone is able to resolve issues so the relationship ends or perhaps our paths have gone separate ways.  All of us can relate to having had relationships end.  This doesn't make the other person bad or wrong or us bad or wrong.  Sometimes it just is.  Sometimes life isn't smooth and neat like we'd like it to be.  Sometimes to be healthy we need to separate from a relationship.  Sometimes its absolutely the right thing to do.

Loving someone yet knowing we can't be with that person can seem like a contradiction. Loving someone yet not agreeing with what they did or said can also seem like a contraction.  I believe these kinds of contradictions are part of the new paradigm we're moving into:  Loving no matter what.

I'd have to say that I do not have difficulty "loving no matter what" when it comes to others--I tend to look at things in a way that helps with that.  I'm more likely to blame myself or not love myself when something is difficult with someone in my life.  Of course I know better, of course I think its an unneeded way to think and feel but that's the work I continue to take on as I heal and grow into higher consciousness.  Many of you may relate to my love dilemma.   You may also find loving others is easier during difficult circumstances than loving oneself.

If you get right down to it, I think that lack of self love is something we all struggle with--its just a matter of degrees.  Most of the time I feel self love but there are circumstances that show me that its not enough--its not unconditional.

Healing process to move us into unconditional love for self and others 

• Ask your Higher Self (HS) to direct and your optimal spiritual team to assist (spirits in the other realms/dimension that are more advanced than our human existence and have contracted to assist you in this lifetime). 
• Ask for an energy of protection and energy of invisibility so only those spirits and guides that are optimal can participate and see in.
• Ask that all the work done is throughout your soul's history and beyond, all levels of your Being (your mind, emotions, and body) and all grid systems/energy fields that effect you using non-linear time to process.
• Ask that the vibration of love comes into all grid systems that effect you transmuting anything below the vibration of love into the vibration of love.
• Ask that the crystalline energy is structured into all grid systems that effect you raising the vibration of your physical body to the highest vibration you can comfortable manage.
• Ask that the spirit guides capable of energetically rewiring your brain come in to do so with your HS directing the process.  (I call them the Arcturian and Crystalline guides.)  Ask that they close off any pathways and patterns in the brain causing negative judgments of self and others including closing pathways and patterns causing addictions and any other beliefs, behaviors, emotions, and patterns that your HS would like you to move out of.  
• Ask that the guides energetically open up optimal pathways and patterns bringing forth optimal behaviors, beliefs, and emotions that are aligned with your HS's optimal path and growth.
• Ask that a spiral waveform structure goes into the heart and is activated to further open your heart to unconditional love for self and others.
• Ask that all the work is locked in down to a cellular level.
• Ask that all grid systems/energy fields that effect you are restructured and recalibrated into the pattern that reflects the work you did today throughout all time and space and beyond, all appropriate dimension or until no longer needed.
• Ask that a no time, no space cocoon (kind of like a caterpillar cocoon) goes around you (you are asking that your brain moves out of linear time into what most of the universe contains--non-linear time) for a fast processing and upgrade of your energy system.
• Thank your HS for directing, your optimal spirit guides for assisting.  Thank them for continuing to assist throughout completion of this process and beyond with your HS directing it.

Do the above healing process every day for three weeks.  Notice the changes you feel in your body each day you do this.  After the three weeks, pay attention to how these changes stay and how you feel differently about the world you live in including how you feel about yourself.

You are a Divine Being having a human experience.  Notice and enjoy how your mind, emotions and body can know and accept this truth as you continue to affirm it each and every day!

12/21/12 - The veils to the advanced realms are thinning

The veils between our earthly reality and the higher, more advanced realms of creation are continuing to thin allowing us to weave these energies into our own Beingness.  We are becoming more of who we really are--Divine Beings--as our physical bodies acclimate to holding these higher energies.  By holding these higher energies, those things that no longer work for us must fall away.  As these things that no longer work for us fall away, our consciousness raises to new levels of awareness and clarity

As we become more and more one with the higher realms of creation, we embark on a new journey with each other.  A journey of greater awareness of our interconnectedness with each other and all there is.  As we continue to understand our interconnectedness, we become aware that, ultimately, we need to make this journey into higher consciousness as an entire collective--not just some of us but all of us.  The more we embrace this knowing and accept it, the more we BECOME it!!

I've been noticing that we are letting go of energetic structures that are in the way of being more in our heart and holding love in our heart.  I've also noticed energies coming in to help our bodies know that they too are Spirit and that they too are Divine.  As our bodies accept this knowingness, they can become one with our Spirit/Higher Self thus accessing the gifts, knowledge, and higher vibrations that will shift humanity into a different state of Being.  A state that will allow for the love and acceptance of self and all there is.

December 21, 2012 marks the end of the Mayan long calendar, has many astrological configurations, and the earth's axis completes one full cycle of precession approximately every 26,000 years.  We are at the 26,000 date on December 21, 2012.

What does this mean?  Everything points to an ending which always means new beginnings.

Each one of us on planet earth is creating this new era together including souls in other dimensions and realities--our interconnectedness and oneness is being revealed and embodied at a much more conscious level.  All of us on the planet at this time are fortunate to be a part of this exciting new change!

12/12/12 - Welcoming the New Era!

We're entering a new era and 12/12/12 is another step to ushering it in for us.  The veils between our human dimension or reality and that of the more advanced, unifying dimensions are continuing to thin allowing us to make necessary changes for ourselves that extends to all of humanity.  We're ready to wake up to who we really are:  Divine Beings having a human experience.  We're ready to see this more clearly and act more intentionally as we embody this knowing.

Many of us had been feeling old, heavy issues rising up within us last week.  This was so we could let them go of them on a much deeper level to make room for this exciting new energy.  You may have felt more emotional, heavy, sluggish and intense.  It may have been more difficult to concentrate or accomplish tasks.

Last Sunday I finally gave in.  My body felt so miserable and heavy that, besides meditating, what was a woman to do?  I found a solution.  I ended up watching the whole first season of Downton Abbey.  This may not seem strange to some people but I don't even own a TV and haven't watched more than a few hours of TV programming in the last ten years.  I knew this sluggishness was serious business! I needed a distraction so my old stories about what was going on within me and in my life would not have a venue.  My computer was just fine being used as a TV for the afternoon!  The mindlessness served me well for this short interim.

Well, this TV business was so odd for me that I called up a couple of my closer friends asking them  how they were feeling.  One was going through a lot of old physical symptoms, just like her ancestors who had these same physical ailments, and found that by working on her ancestry, the pain disappeared.  Another friend was having dreams about her childhood and was finding herself taking a stand against all the boogie monsters she had encountered in childhood.  I was working through the ancestral stuff too and had to laugh when my cousin sent me a gorgeous mug shut of our great uncle who was a young bootlegger in the early 1900's!  Always a rebel who didn't quite pull it off.

Monday morning I felt better--especially towards mid afternoon.  By 12/11/12,  I was feeling better than ever--I'd have to say that Downton Abbey, as good as it was, is now a distant memory.  My body feels good, my emotions are back to normal, and I feel the knowing about us each being Divine Beings even stronger within me.

• Ask that vibrations come in to help each ancestor let go of the past as they know it (including self)--the ancestral story line that has become the family core issue(s).  
• Ask that a "no time, no space" zone is around yourself and each ancestor to help them quickly transform the past.
• Ask that each ancestor, including yourself, calls forth an advanced part of themselves that fits with the advanced era humanity is moving towards.
• Ask that the advanced part of each ancestor restructures the energy field of their human self (or what was their human self that still has the unresolved ancestral issue(s) attached) so that they are no longer woven into the ancestral issues.
• Ask that each advanced part of self merges with those who are ready to integrate the energies, gifts, and beliefs that fit the new age we're collectively/universally entering.
• Ask that a vast amount of energy comes in to let the body know that its different now--its now a part of Spirit.
• Ask that a new structure comes into the 3rd eye to allow for multi-dimensional viewpoints.
• Ask that all the work is locked in down to a cellular level.
• Ask that all grid systems/energy fields that effect you are restructured and recalibrated into the pattern that reflects the work you did today throughout all time and space and beyond, all appropriate dimension or until no longer needed.

Enjoy this new era you're entering into.  Dare to act as though you are Spirit incarnate.  After all, we are ALL Divine Beings having a human experience.   Role modeling this is the best way to pass along this beautiful, truthful message.

Loving what is with those we're with

I've been thinking about love lately and how we only have a short time with each person in our life.  How much do we really appreciate the time spent with those close to us or with any of the people who are here with us in our life?  How much do we let them know we love them?

Part of the challenge of love is the expectations we place on what love means.  We all place an expectation on what the relationship is to look like.  We expect that a parent/child relationship is to look a certain way; that a sibling relationship is to look a certain way; that a lover relationship is to look a certain way.  These ancestral, cultural, and religious norms we place on our relationships typically make us disappointed.

We come into a lifetime to learn certain lessons.  We choose all the actors and actresses in our play/our life so that we can work through and learn whatever our soul thinks is most beneficial to us.  We choose our mother, our father, our siblings, our closest romantic relationships, our closest friends, etc.  We may choose a mother to play the role of a cold, distant person, a father to play the role of an alcoholic, and the other relatives to play certain key roles in our life play so we can learn to look at life differently and to learn other important key lessons.

If we expect that people will fit a certain, stereotypical role in our life, we will always be disappointed.  If we decide that key people in our lives were surely not to be in stereotypical roles and are really here to help us move out of the old viewpoints, old meanings of love, old behaviors and old emotions, we then become grateful that we can experience something different during this temporary stay on planet earth.

We typically come into a lifetime to learn one to three key lessons.  We typically learn these lessons throughout the lifespan through different people and different scenarios.  After all, we've come to master something and mastery takes repetition and a higher learning curve.  We don't start with calculus and end with arithmetic--we keep working towards a more complex understanding of things.

We choose the souls/people and scenarios that will helps us learn the most.  Like a good, juicy book or movie, we want something that will move us, will help us look at the world differently.  The every day just doesn't do it for most of us as much as we think it should.  Most of us think that normal should be uneventful and smooth.  This just isn't reality on this learning planet we've chosen to be a part of.

If we truly see that all the closest souls in our life fit what our souls came to learn, then we don't get disappointed, hurt, and disillusioned.  We look at it like we would a good dramatic novel or movie--something to move us--something where all the best actors and actresses have come to play an interesting part in our interesting play.

• Ask that a pink energy comes into the aura (egg shaped energy around you) and etheric body (blueprint of your mind, emotions, and body) to bring the Divine Mother energy for compassion for self and others so acceptance of our human experience comes in.
• Ask that a blue energy comes into the aura and etheric body bringing in male strength of purpose so that courage and strength are within you to accept your life without the scripted expectations and beliefs we're all indoctrinated into.
• Ask that a happy energy comes in to align your human self with your HS so that life isn't taken so seriously.
• Ask that a yellow energy comes into your aura so that what you attract into your life and what you put out into the world is fully aligned with your HS.
• Ask that all the work is locked in down to a cellular level.
• Ask that all grid systems/energy fields that effect you are restructured and recalibrated into the pattern that reflects the work you did today throughout all time and space and beyond, all appropriate dimension or until no longer needed.

Embrace the uniqueness of each relationship in your life--even the ones that are so difficult that you find its better to part ways.  Each relationship is here to teach you an important learning that will help make you stronger, non-judgmental and more loving--even if loving someone means letting them go in the human sense.

Remember, you are a Divine Being having a human experience.  Each person in your life is a Divine Being even if they've chosen a role in your life (and perhaps in most people's lives) that is more difficult. After all, we are here to learn and grow in unique ways.  Change your perception and attitude and change your life--allow each experience to help you do so.

Soul Groups Create Collective Change at Record Speeds

We've entered a unique time in history.  Many of us are noticing the immense speed to all beginning, middle, and endings occurring in many areas of our lives.  Our lives are becoming as quick as the speed of our technology but for different reasons--for the purpose of launching quickly into something new.

All of this change may seem scary since its happening so quickly that we hardly catch a breath in between.  However, we are entering a new era of humanity where our souls are ready for change and want it to happen quickly despite the resistance of our human self.

We all have people/souls we've shared many lifetimes with that some of us would define as our "soul group."  Our soul group are the pivotal people/souls to help us make the needed change to move forward quickly.  Some of our soul group is still on planet earth; some of our soul group is on the other side without the earthly physical body. Some of our soul group is here to help us through love, support, and acceptance while other members of our soul group are helping us through being the lesson giver forcing us to make changes to viewpoints, release hurts, and ultimately, move forward differently.

Our soul group is very important at this time of change since we are all uniting to work through the collective, ancestral, interpersonal, and personal core issues we all are anchored into together.  Working these things through is what is needed to move forward differently.  We have come together before, in other lifetimes, to work through unfinished business but the speed or capacity to do so was turtle slow and had a rather low success rate due to the low vibration and lack of tools to help us.  The era we're currently in allows us to work things through with immense speed and with many tools which can be unnerving to our human selves.  Its only been available since the late 1970's and in a highly accessible way since the 2000's.

We are also here to unite together around interesting projects and ideas that will help humanity and the planet at this time. My soul group is working together helping adults and children be their best selves through counseling, energy work, guided imagery, education, workshops, alternative medicine, and high level science and math.  Some of my soul group is finding ways to help children with autism, improve the healthcare system, improve the academic world, the way we look at the universe through creating new science and math theories, and helping humanity change their old paradigms into something that serves all who reside on planet earth.  We're a group who is passionate about serving.  All of this is happening at immense speed.

We must put aside our fears and limited thinking so we can bring forth our best selves to utilize our gifts optimally.  Part of our limitation is thinking that gifts should look a certain way.  All gifts are equally important since they all fit together to make a better world.  Minimizing what you have to offer yourself, your family, your community, humanity, and the planet does not serve anyone.

If we let go of our ego's thinking that we need to be the only successful one, only talented one, only one who makes it to the top of the corporate ladder, then we can move into knowing that success is meant for everyone and that success comes in different packages for each person.  This helps us claim our own unique success even if it doesn't fit societal standards or beliefs.

• Ask that your optimal guides, with your HS directing, rewire your etheric brain to activate new areas of the brain to promote optimal creativity and unique thinking.
• Ask that your brain is activated for optimal happiness and optimal bonding with those people and souls who are there to help you.
• Ask that new patterns go throughout the body to establish creativity, unique thinking, optimal happiness and optimal bonding.
• Ask that a vibration comes in to release anything interfering with healthy thinking, happiness, bonding, and behaviors.
• Ask that the vibration of confidence comes in so you know you are worthy of being your best self.
• Ask that all the work is locked in down to a cellular level.
• Ask that all grid systems/energy fields that effect you are restructured and recalibrated into the pattern that reflects the work you did today throughout all time and space and beyond, all appropriate dimension or until no longer needed.

Wordless Insights: Next Step Towards Unity Consciousness

Its been more difficult putting words to my experiences lately.  My internal reference point has shifted so much recently that I mostly "feel" what is going on internally and around me.  I've been "feeling" gratitude and love for those closest to me who are in my soul group.  I "feel" a connection to those around me and to planet earth.  I "feel" gratitude for my business, "Wings of Freedom" since I get to work with the best people ever.  I "feel" excitement for the unknown adventures that I "feel" are coming my way.  I seem to be "feeling" my way through everything lately and the feeling state is mostly gratitude.  The  insight I've known for years is finally becoming internally solidified:  we truly are Divine Beings having a human experience so our current human words to describe this experience are becoming outdated.

I've noticed that what troubles me most is negative judgments people make about other people's challenges and/or experiences.  Even that "feels" like a phase we as humans are breaking free from as we realize we are Divine Beings all having our own unique experience on this temporary place we call earth.  No one else really knows the innermost makings of our personalities or our soul.  Even for ourselves, the beauty of our inner self is not yet fully tapped or recognized.

I believe that those of us who have been on this transformative path for some time are moving into this wordless feeling state together.  The rest of the collective will eventually follow. The energies are being downloaded from the higher realms to support us in doing so.  This means that we're ready to Be different as we enter this new collective time of change.  We're ready to move into a feeling state of love, unity, and acceptance which first starts with ourselves.

• Ask your Higher Self (HS) to direct and your optimal spiritual team to assist (spirits in the other realms/dimension that are more advanced than our human existence and have contracted to assist you in this lifetime). 
• Ask for an energy of protection and energy of invisibility so only those spirits and guides that are optimal can participate and see in.
• Ask that all the work done is throughout your soul's history and beyond, all levels of your Being (your mind, emotions, and body) and all grid systems/energy fields that effect you using non-linear time to process.
• Call forth a new doorway of change to bring in an entirely new internal and external reality.

• Ask that all optimal energies and states of consciousness are locked in down to a cellular level.
• Ask that all grid systems/energy fields that effect you are restructured and recalibrated into the pattern that reflects the work you did today throughout all time and space and beyond, all appropriate dimension or until no longer needed.
• Ask that a no time, no space cocoon (kind of like a caterpillar cocoon) goes around you (you are asking that your brain moves out of linear time into what most of the universe contains--non-linear time) for a fast processing and upgrade of your energy system.
• Thank your HS for directing, your optimal spirit guides for assisting.  Thank them for continuing to assist throughout completion of this process and beyond with your HS directing it.

Catapult into the Mature Wisdom of Love & Acceptance!

Three of my close female friends sat in my living room about five years ago talking about embodying the wisdom of the "crone."  To us the crone meant embodying feminine, mature, heart-felt wisdom that was to be passed along to both men and women.  We decided we'd do a ceremony of sorts where we'd initiate ourselves into this stage of growth.  At the time, two of us (myself included) were in our mid-40's and the other two were just entering their 60's.  My friend in her 40's, who is always earnest with everything she does said, "I'm not sure I've had enough experience for this stage--I feel a little uncertain about my readiness."  I said, "you're wise beyond your years--just go with it."  

My friend Linda said, "I think part of the wisdom of the crone is about not working through our issues in the old ways.  I don't think we need to internally focus on what needs to be cleared and what needs to be worked through so rigorously.  Instead, we need to focus on what we want to see positively occurring in our lives and how to be in service."

At the time, I couldn't completely relate to Linda's crone advice.  After all, she was more in the crone stage than myself and my other 40 something friend.  I was still in the "rigorously working through the issues stage" and it certainly seemed to be working for me.  In hindsight, I think she was referring to what I called (in my earlier blog) Phase 7 which is a very high spiritual phase and I was still in Phase 6 which is about working through the issues.  Perhaps my friend was right--we weren't quite ready for this crone phase yet.  

Linda's wise advice has been coming into my awareness a lot lately.  I'm finding myself not as inclined to rigorously examine my inner life like I have over the last 25 years.  I feel more inclined to move into loving and accepting myself--including all of my ideosyncrasies.  This doesn't mean I don't take responsibility for my part in any challenges that come my way but I'm more likely to move into love and acceptance for my faults and blemishes.  After all, we're all so imperfect here.  At this stage of my life, love and acceptance seems to be the key for transformation.

Healing process to move men and women into their feminine wisdom

• Ask that a vibration comes into the aura (the egg shaped energy field around you) and etheric body (the blueprint of your mind, emotions, and body) to break down and release barriers/shields to finding love within and externally.
• Ask for a robin egg colored energy to go into your aura creating a new structure of manifestation to manifest love and acceptance into your life internally and externally.
• Ask that an energy goes into the 1st chakra (at the tailbone) neutralizing beliefs, memories, and patterns so that viewpoints turn into the feeling state of love and acceptance.
• Ask that structures come into all grid systems/energy fields that effect you solidifying the holding of this new love and acceptance feeling state.
• Ask that a new structure comes into your etheric body to prepare you for a unique, fulfilling purpose that helps humanity in small and/or large ways (just embodying love and acceptance is a huge purpose).
• Ask that a new script, without words, comes in that is purpose filled without the human story attached to it.  This script is based on a feeling state aligned with love and acceptance.
• Ask that all the work is locked in down to a cellular level.
• Ask that all grid systems/energy fields that effect you are restructured and recalibrated into the pattern that reflects the work you did today throughout all time and space and beyond, all appropriate dimension or until no longer needed.
