We are All Interconnected--Transforming Guilt & Unforgiveness

We are all interconnected via a complex, intricate geometric based grid system that we can call the Divine Matrix. All souls, all planets and stars, all living consciousness in all timelines, dimensions and universes are a part of this Divine Matrix. 

As an interconnected Divine Consciousness, we have all agreed to see what its like having many experiences from hate to love in many dimensions or realities.  We have agreed to take different roles with each other to see what its like in different bodies, different life experiences, in different eras.  We tend to come back with the same troupe of actors that are in our soul group. We may enlist other troupes of actors that are in other souls groups. These soul help with our life play. Sometimes we play the hero and sometimes we play the difficult lesson giver and anything in between.

The challenge with human experiences is that our bodies hold onto guilt and unforgiveness even after making amends or learning from the experiences.  The guilt and unforgiveness is etched into the soul as something to work through since resolving them is the key for freedom and love.

You’ve had many lifetimes with various themes where guilt and unforgiveness are unresolved.  Therefore, before you were born, you met with a council of loving spirit guides who helped you pick life circumstances that would help you resolve these themes of guilt and unforgiveness. You and the council decided which theme is most beneficial to work through.  The lifetimes that fit this theme are now set up to influence your current lifetime much like an astrological configuration that stays in your energy field guiding you towards resolution. 

You pick an ancestry with a similar theme to the unresolved lifetimes.  You are born into a collective era that also fits the theme.  You now have the framework for your life journey.

We are now in a time in history where you can resolve these themes of guilt and unforgiveness.  One way is by disconnecting the Divine Matrix from your ancestors, soul group, many lifetimes and the collective in any unhelpful and outdated ways and connect in through full resolution, forgiveness and love. (Forgiveness = letting go of the past).

How do you do this?  On a daily basis, through intention and enlisting your own beautiful spirit/Higher Self to be in charge of this process with your spirit guides assisting to help you let go of the past.  Your intention can be set for changing your thinking and letting go of guilt and unforgiveness leading you to the optimal practitioners, books, audios, friends, etc.  You can meditate about this and use it as a walking meditation as you live your life.

The main thing is have a daily practice of creating positive change in your life and find tools and practices that work for you.  Become the change you want in the world.

Moving into Optimal Mental Health!

We all have times when our mental health doesn't feel the best.  Sometimes our mood and physical stability can get worse, for a short while, due to mild to medium stresses.  Sometimes much longer due to trauma or loss.  Some people rarely feel balanced and may have lots of anxiety, depression, mood swings or other difficult emotions and thoughts.

Mental health issues are no different than diabetes or any other physical challenge.  Your body's chemistry is off.

If you have post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) due to traumatic events, this can take some time to clear up and you can't do it alone.  Your brain and body can have overactive hormones, triggers and physical responses, activated by the trauma, that make life quite difficult for a time.  This will require help from a good counselor/therapist familiar with trauma along with other alternative techniques to help you let it go.

You may have an organic brain chemistry challenge, passed along from the ancestors, that causes anxiety. depression and other instabilities.

We've all been there.  Me included.  Unfortunately, there is a stigma associated with mental health issues that other illnesses do not have--a stigma that can make people feel ashamed thus not get help or talk about it.

We need to take the stigma out of mental health issues so people are okay with them thus address them and get help. .  The more we talk about them, and normalize them, the better.  We also need more resources and more effective help for mental health issues.

I suffered PTSD as a child and into young adulthood due to traumatic experiences.  I worked rigorously on clearing up the trauma and felt mostly freed from my past by my mid 30's.  However, life has a way of bringing in more challenges so I've had to work on PTSD more than once in my lifetime.  I have found that it can clear up and you can feel good again.

You are influenced by more than your own life circumstances and traumas.  Your ancestral traumas and difficulties can influence you along with difficulties from other lifetimes.  Clearing these things up will make you feel much lighter as well.

Some mental health issues can be addressed by changing your diet and bringing in a routine of exercise.  Unhealthy diets can cause inflammation, including the brain, which can cause mental health issues.  Some of the culprits may be dairy, grains, sugar and corn. Seeing a functional medicine doctor can help tremendously with this challenge.

Working on your issues and having a good diet, can clear up many mental health issues.  However, some can be more serious and need to be addressed with medication and/or other types of help.  Awareness of mental health issues and accepting them is important.

I have developed two audios to help with mental health issues.  They are set up as healing processes and work quite well in helping to let go of the past and feel better.

Move into Love and Forgiveness on a Much Deeper Level

I recently met with a group of long-time friends talking about some of humanity's challenging issues. This group is an inspirational group for me. I value all the words of wisdom each person has to offer.  During this particular evening, we talked about what it takes to heal some of these collective issues. One of my friends said, "I know it sounds simple but it all comes down to love and forgiveness one person at a time."

I told the group that I agreed, in theory, but how do you do it in a deep, heart-felt way without making it a mental construct.

There have been many times where I thought I was in full forgiveness (forgiveness = letting go of the past).  I felt love and compassion for the person who hurt me, despite the depth of hurt I felt, until I realized that my body was still holding onto some sort of ancient block that made the feeling state seem somewhat strained and unauthentic.

In my case, I knew that the person who started this hurt (in this lifetime) had some mental health issues and traumas that drove his behaviors.  I knew that it was hard for him to behave in acceptable ways when his mood was bad or his trauma was triggered.  I also remembered many lifetimes where I had been equally difficult to him creating a neutralization effect of sorts.  On many levels I felt resolved with him.  However, a part of me was still unconsciously locked into something that I didn't want to be locked into.  My body still felt irritated or angry when something triggered some of the old hurts.

Geez!  It was so frustrating to "think" I was done with something only to "feel" that I was not.  I'm sure many of you can relate.

My search, for the last 30 years, has been to let go of the past as I know it and know that I'm a "Divine Being having a Human Experience.  I am NOT my experiences."  I fully believe this and my emotions mostly believe this.  However, my body isn't as sure.

A client came into my office in 2000 who helped me understand this ancient block we all seem to have that makes it hard to be in full love and forgiveness.

"Cynthia" was interested in healing and higher consciousness and wanted to move out of her old patterns and issues. I did a guided imagery with Cynthia to help her identify her old blocks and issues.

During the imagery, Cynthia saw herself on earth during a timeframe where those on earth could easily communicate with loved ones who had died and moved on.  During the imagery, she was communicating with a loved one and talking to him about his journey as though he had moved out of country and was reporting an exciting new adventure.  During their conversation, the "telephone line" broke down and she could no longer communicate with him.  She jolted up from the table in shock and surprise.

Synchronistically, another person came into my office that same week to further explain this ancient block.  "Sarah" had a memory during this same timeframe.  She remembered being part of a galactic council of sorts much like a UN.  Earth was connected to many advanced races in different parts of the cosmos.  She said that the other, more advanced races "banned" humanity from being a part of the council because they were too hard to work with--they felt that they were always right--their egos had become too big and uncooperative.  Perhaps our bodies were too dense and couldn't hold a vibration that could maintain love and cooperation.

A third person came in, a few days later, to complete the story.  "Larry" remembered a timeframe after the "fall" of humanities connection to other advanced cosmic races.  He remembered that earth had once been fully connected to advanced races in the universe and also knew that the connection was still within him and all humans.  Larry also knew that the connection could be re-established, when the timing was right, by activating "codes" within each person.  In the imagery/memory, he was keeping these codes safe until they could be activated into an upgraded,  full connection to our cosmic brothers and sisters.  This would restore our ability to know our Divine potential and move beyond the current mental, emotional and physical limitations.

Now is that time.

Since 2005, I have received much information on how humanity can incrementally upgrade our mental, emotional and physical bodies to a higher level.   These ancient codes can be activated but in a way where our ego doesn't get in the way like it once did.

I know that many people are getting information about this in their own unique way and spreading the word.  Because of this, our mental, emotional and physical bodies are gradually increasing its capacity to hold more love thus forgive ourselves and each other and transcend the past as we know it.

To help with this, each night, before you go to sleep, state:

"I am ready, willing and able to move to a higher level of consciousness aligned with love and forgiveness.  I ask my Higher Self to direct the activation of all codes within me that allow my mental, emotional and physical bodies to carry these qualities fully so I am free to fully express my Divine nature."

The more each of us affirms this and similar intentions, the more we move beyond these mental, emotional and physical limitations that keep us from fully loving and forgiving ourselves and others.  At some point, a critical mass shift will occur where all of us are free to enjoy a much happier, loving self that wants the same for each other creating a much better existence together.

Resolution with Lesson Givers--Resolving Issues through Adversity

We all have people in our life who are difficult personalities for us.  These difficult people are really our greatest teachers despite how much we may resent them.  They are typically in our soul group which are the closest souls to us.  Our soul group are those souls we have all our lifetimes with either incarnated together or helping from the other side.

Why would our most difficult and challenging people be in our soul group?  These are the souls who make the greatest impact on us since we are so close to them. We choose them to sometimes be the most difficult people for us (the lesson giver) and sometimes the most supportive. If we come into a lifetime wanting to make sweeping changes, who are we going to enlist to ensure the greatest chance of succeeding?  The closest souls to us.

If you're thinking, "why would I want to have difficult lessons or learning experiences with difficult people?"  I know what you mean.  We seem to be on a very low vibrational planet with lots of polarity.  It seems like the kinds of bodies we have here learn best with adversity--the 2x4 method or getting hit hard on the head kind of learning.  One of my recurrent thoughts has been, "why would we choose to be in such a low vibrational place? I don't like the set-up here. "

Perhaps, we as souls, didn't realize it was going to be so intense!  Since we're here, we may as well make the best of it.

The good news is that we are in a time of collective change right now so we have so many more tools to help shift our issues and patterns into a state of greater well-being.  

It may not seem like it since there are so many more problems we're seeing many times everyday.  A big part of that is that we have the internet now so nothing can stay hidden like before. Someone can pull out their cell phone, at any moment, take a picture and send it off to many people so that, in no time, the information is out to most everyone.  Its good that things are no longer hidden!

Another reason there's so many more problems is that we have so many more people on the planet than ever before.  In 1920 there were 1.2 billion people on the planet.  Now we have 7.4 billion people here and counting.  That's a whole lot more people so of course there's going to be more difficulties than before!

I have been intensely interested in finding ways to help with this collective shift over the last 30 years. You may relate to this desire as well.  It first started with my own healing process and moved into wanting to assist others.  Many of us want to do so which is fantastic!!

It was much harder to make change back when I started.  It was like pushing a boulder up a mountain all alone wondering how long it would take to push the thing a couple of feet.  Now there are so many of us working on ourselves and wanting to make these personal and collective changes.  This has transformed the mountain into a manageable hill with many people easily pushing the boulder together.

That's what happens when many people make change--a critical mass shift occurs due to our interconnectedness with each other.

Over the last 12 years I've been shown many healing processes while working with amazing clients such as you.  I've recently recorded these healing processes or activations for healing and pattern changing and placed them on my website so you can try them and have regular healing done on yourself.

Transforming ancestral, other lifetimes, cultural and collective traumas and difficulties!

I have been thinking more and more about how each of us is a product of our ancestry, other lifetimes, our culture and the entire collective.  In other words, most things you are feeling and thinking are not as personal as you think--perhaps they are not personal at all!! 

You are connected to everybody and everything via a universal matrix or grid system.  As a visual, think of a giant spider web that connects you to everybody and everything.

Your inner circle of connection is with your ancestors (from both sides of the family), both alive and deceased, going back at least seven generations.  It is also with those souls you have all your lifetimes with or many lifetimes with.  These souls are either in your soul group or in your interlocking soul group.

Those in your "soul group" are souls/people you have all your lifetimes with--either incarnated together or helping from the others side as spirit guides  Your "interlocking soul group" are those souls you have many lifetimes with but not all of them.

Your outer circle of connection is with souls you are not influenced by as much but, nonetheless, they make up your culture/the collective so still influence you quite a bit.

My estimate is that your ancestors are "responsible for" about 40% of what you are thinking and feeling; the various lifetimes that are influencing you are "responsible for" about 40% of what you are thinking and feeling; your own personal experiences are responsible for about 20% of what you are thinking and feeling.  The collective encompasses all the issues, patterns, beliefs, memories, emotions and behaviors that are in your ancestry and other lifetimes.

Again, think of the visual of a spider web that connects you with everybody and everything.  If there is a trauma or difficult event in your ancestry or in a  lifetime that is not resolved, it stays stuck in the spider web like a bug that is close to you within the web.  This bug or trauma is broadcasting to you and others this ancestral or other lifetime memory.  Its like a bad TV show that is never turned off.

How do you turn off this traumatizing or difficult "TV show" that keeps affecting you?  By removing it from the spider web/your energy field.

How do you do this?  Mostly through your intention that you want all difficult ancestral and other lifetime memories and influences removed.  This includes all timelines (snap shots in time), all dimensions (all vibratory states from hate to love) and universes with your Higher Self directing and spirit guides assisting.

Your Higher Self or Spirit always has the best answers for you and is your best resource in directing your life.  No other spirit knows you like your own Higher Self/Spirit knows you.  Your spirit guides are in the higher realms that are connected to higher consciousness that is more aligned with love.  They help you by removing problems and issues out of your energy field (including the "bugs" that are broadcasting old problems to you) and by repairing your energy field after removing things no longer serving you.  They also bring in helpful energies to bring you into a thinking, feeling and action state of love, harmony and wisdom.

The more aligned you are with your own Higher Self or Spirit for wisdom and direction for your life and the more you ask for help from your Spirit Guides in removing inner and outer obstacles from your energy field, the more help you receive so you feel happier and lighter.

Sometimes we get mad that God or our Spirit Guides are failing us and not helping us enough.  Sometimes we think or act like we are children expecting a more advanced spirit or God to save us much like a child with a parent. We are ready to be aligned with our Higher Self/Spirit and act like grown-ups accessing our inner power which is ultimately aligned with love.

We are now in an era where we are ready to know that we are really Divine Beings having a human experience--we are not our experiences.  We are here to learn and grow within this new era of change where energetic tools are here to help us re-claim our Divine nature.

We are no longer to act like children asking for a demi-God to save us!  However, we must be careful to truly be aligned with our Divine Self/Higher Self/Spirit so that we act from our Divine Self which is aligned with love and the knowing that we are ultimately all ONE.

Below is an abbreviated healing process to help you remove ancestral and other lifetimes traumas and difficult events from your energy field.

• I ask for an energy of protection and energy of invisibility so only those spirits and guides that are optimal can participate and see in. 
• I ask to open up the Crystalline Dimension or love dimension in all universes and ask that it translates into a vibration that supports optimal health and wellness and transmutes anything below the vibration of love into the vibration of love.
• I ask to call in my ancestors on my mother's side of the family, both alive and deceased, those still influencing me today.
• I ask to call in the ancestors on my father's side of the family, both alive and deceased, those still influencing me today.
• I ask to call in my soul group and interlocking soul groups.
• I ask to call in all aspects of my soul in all lifetimes influencing me along with those souls with me in these lifetimes.
• I ask that each soul present, including aspects of my own soul, only accept the work that their Higher Selves feel is beneficial at this time, if any.  I am asking to change my connection to each soul present, as described within this healing process, so this will automatically makes changes to all souls I'm connected to.
• I ask that all healing work is done throughout our souls existence backwards and forwards in time, all levels of our Being (mentally, emotionally and physically) all appropriate dimensions in all universes and all energy fields that affect us using a no time and no space cocoon or zone for a quick processing and upgrade to our energy fields (this means you are asking to be taken out of time and space so you can process much faster).
• I ask that my Higher Self pinpoints all traumas, wounds, injuries, shocks and all difficult events, in my energy field, throughout my ancestry and all lifetimes influencing me backwards and forwards in time.
• I ask to unweave and disconnect all soul essences that are connected together in ways that are unhealthy.  I then ask that they are re-connected in a healthy, optimal connection.
• I ask to unweave all lost souls, including lower realm entities and energies, from my energy field.  I ask that they are encapsulated in a bubble of loving, crystalline energy and moved out of my energy field using a no time and no space cocoon.  I ask that a tunnel of light appears, with loved ones and spirit guides there to assist and cross them over to their next higher level destination using a no time and not space cocoon.
• I ask that all memories and timelines are unwoven, folded up and transformed using the no time and no space cocoon.
• I ask that all fragments of my soul, or those of others that have been lost due to these difficult events, are unwoven, cleansed and purified and brought back in to integrate with those who have lost these parts of self using the no time and no space cocoon.
• I ask that all energy fields influencing me are repaired using the no time and no space cocoon.
• I ask that new templates/blueprints (a new roadmap or navigational system) and structures (a container to hold the new and to connect with everybody and everything within the new) are brought in for full resolution of these traumas, injuries, wounds, shocks and difficult events using the no time and no space cocoon.
• I ask to bring in energies to transform and cleanse issues, patterns, beliefs, unhelpful energies on a cellular level.
• I ask to bring in my own Divine Essence/Spirit to fill all voids and spaces.  I ask that my Spirit plugs into the circuitry of my heart and brain so it can direct me mentally, emotionally, and physically in all areas of my life.  
• I also ask that the appropriate qualities and energies come in to bring me/them to my next level of growth including love, wisdom, harmony and balance.
• I call forth the strengthening and stabilizing energies for optimal health and vitality so my body accepts all positive changes as a positive with my Higher Self deciding what they are.
• I ask to weave the adaptability energy into all energy fields that affect me so that my mind, emotions and body adapt easily and comfortably to all the changes.  
• I ask that a stability structure comes in so I feel safe and stable with all the changes. 
• I ask for a strong grounding energy to ground these new changes.  
• I ask to restructure and recalibrate all energy fields that affect me into the pattern that reflects the work done today throughout all time and space and beyond, all appropriate dimensions, or until no longer needed. 
• I ask that a no time, no space cocoon or zone is around me (you could picture a caterpillar cocoon around you that is enveloping you in a no time, no space zone) to process all that I've brought in for a fast processing and upgrade of my energy field.
• I ask that all ancestors on my mother's side of the family and all ancestors on my father's side of the family, both alive and deceased, my soul group, interlocking soul group and all aspects of my soul and those souls with me in these lifetimes go fully back to their physical or energy bodies and all the work they choose to do integrates, processes, restructures, recalibrate and grounds with their physical or energy bodies using the no time and no space cocoon for a fast processing and upgrade of their energy field.

Embarking on an Updated Men's Movement Helps Both Men & Women!

My last blog addressed how patriarchy hurts not only women but men.  Patriarchy trains men to hold in their emotions in order to be accepted by others which breeds power and control issues thus lack of authentic spiritual connection.

Women have been hurt by patriarchy mentally and physically but have made huge progress in western culture.  Women can work many of the same jobs as men and more women than men are now attending college. Men, unfortunately, have made little progress in any cultures around the world.

Men's wounds from patriarchy need to be held in the light and transformed since it affects both men and women and their relationships together.

Thor Eisentrager excitedly contacted me after reading my last blog. Thor let me know that he agreed with my blog and that this important topic has been his life long spiritual mission.  He was a part of the men's movement in the 1980's and was very disheartened after the whole movement collapsed without a sound.

I have known Thor since 1999 since we're both a part of some of the same spiritual circles.  When I first met Thor, he had recently let go a full-time career as a musician to embark fully on his spiritual path.  This meant transforming his own inner self which is the key for all of us to be authentic personally and spiritually.  This means getting in touch with one's emotions as well.

I am excited to see that Thor is now ready to take his spiritual path a step further--assisting men in getting in touch with their authentic, spiritual core.  I have no doubt he will make an impact on other men and the women who love them.

I talked to my previous neighbor and friend, Doug Toft, about this topic.  Doug was also a part of the old men's movement.  I have always found Doug to be more in touch with his emotions and spiritual authenticity than most men.  Doug has been a writer and editor for 30 years and was intrigued with my idea of bringing back the men's movement in an updated form by writing a book interviewing many men in different cultures and in different fields such as music, sports and corporate.

Butch Williams, a former NHL player, whom I wrote about last blog, is very interested in co-writing the book with me.  Butch has a unique perspective about men due to his lifelong love of hockey. He also has excellent writing skills. I am excited to hear more of his perspective on this topic and see where this project leads us as we talk to a variety of people with various backgrounds.

As some of  you know, I have been a full-time alternative counselor and coach for over 17 years.  Over the years I have developed a number of healing processes and audios (audios to be released soon) to help the mind, emotions and body reprogram and re-pattern itself into new ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.

Its very important to re-pattern the mind, emotions and body daily since our old ways of thinking, feeling and behaving are very ingrained.  The healing processes i've been guided to develop are meant to be used daily to ensure steady and permanent change. The audios make it very easy to keep change going but I will give you one to read (below) daily to start some important changes within yourself.

We are not operating singularly since we are connected to all souls in many dimensions and universes.  Therefore, we must also work on shifting the way we connect to all souls.

The souls with the greatest influence on us in our current life are our ancestors on both sides of our families--both alive and deceased.  Its astounding how we repeat the same things as the generations before us unless someone (like you) comes in to change yourself and consciously shift the connection between yourself and your ancestors.

Our soul group--those souls we have all our lives with either incarnated together or helping from the other side--also influences us.  Some of our ancestors are likely in our soul group as well.

Our interlocking soul group (a term I made up to describe this) are those souls we've had many lifetimes with but not all of them.  Some of our ancestors are likely in this group as well.

Our soul has much more going on than our current life.  We are in many dimensions and universes all at the same time as the one we are in today.

These many lifetimes also influence how we feel and operate in our current lifetime. I call this "aspects of our soul" meaning that a part of us is in many lifetimes all at the same time. The sciences are starting to show this as well.

Ed Belbruno, an astrophysicist and celestial mechanics mathematician, has written a previous blog for me a few years back giving a nugget of information on this topic.

Ed wrote the peer reviewed paper, "A dynamical system's approach to Schwarzschild null geodesics" a few years back.  In lay person's terms he calls it, "The Black Hole Theory."

The theory is (as best I can understand it) that we have a black hole in the center of our universe that is a billion suns big. The black hole has a spin, mass, volume and size to it that creates an atmosphere that allows particles to be in many locations at the same time.

Keep an eye on Ed--he has many published papers proving out the seemingly impossible.  He is also a professional artist and has had an award winning documentary on his life showcasing the similarities between art and the sciences and how his gifts are in both fields.

Quantum mechanics, quantum entanglement and string theory are also showing some of this as well.  J. Richard Gott, a Princeton University Astrophysicist and professor, has done high level research too.  His book, "Time Travel in Einstein's Universe" is a good book to purchase giving the background on multiple timelines and probabilities.

All of the influences described above are silent programs in our energy field.  This is much like a computer that has many unseen, open programs in the background causing it to slow down and make it not work well.

These silent programs must be worked on in order for us to make optimal personal change.  As we make personal change, we help everybody and everything since everything is interconnected--particularly the souls listed above.  This is the key to creating a collective shift.

I'd like to see this occur for men so that they can thrive emotionally and spiritually.  I'd also like to see women all around the globe make a shift mentally and physically.  This will allow all of us to make a shift into a much higher consciousness than we currently have on this planet.

Below is a healing process to read daily to transform patriarchy.  This process is to help both men and women and occurs by reading the words and having the intention that you want optimal change for yourself with your Higher Self/Spirit directing or deciding what is truly best for you.

Keep in mind that men have a feminine side to them and women have a masculine side to them so this will help bring internal balance that gradually creates an outer collective shift.

Healing Process to Transform the Effects of Patriarchy:

• I ask my Higher Self to direct and my optimal spirit guides (could be ancestors, angels, high level Beings/Guides, etc) aligned with my highest good, truth, and Source to assist. 
• I ask for an energy of protection and energy of invisibility so only those spirits and guides that are optimal can participate and see in. 
• I ask to open up the Crystalline Dimension or love dimension in all universes and ask that it translates into a vibration that supports optimal health and wellness and transmutes anything below the vibration of love into the vibration of love.
• I ask to call in my ancestors on my mother's side of the family, both alive and deceased, those still influencing me today.
• I ask to call in the ancestors on my father's side of the family, both alive and deceased, those still influencing me today.
• I ask to call in my soul group and interlocking soul groups.
• I ask to call in all aspects of my soul in all lifetimes influencing me along with those souls with me in these lifetimes.
• I ask that each soul present, including aspects of my own soul, only accept the work that their Higher Selves feel is beneficial at this time, if any.  I am asking that these souls are present today since I'm asking to change my connection to each of them as described within this healing process.
• I ask that all healing work is done throughout our souls existence backwards and forwards in time, all levels of our Being (mentally, emotionally and physically) all appropriate dimensions in all universes and all energy fields that affect us using a no time and no space cocoon or zone for a quick processing and upgrade to our energy fields (this means you are asking to be taken out of time and space so you can process much faster).
• I ask that new templates/blueprints/roadmaps come in to bring forth a new, optimal way of living emotionally and spiritually and structures come in to bring forth a new container to hold new, optimal energies and ways of being in the world that bring forth optimal emotional and spiritual authenticity.
• I ask to activate any codes within me that bring forth emotional and spiritual authenticity.
• I ask that optimal energies come in to bring me to optimal emotional and spiritual healing and awareness.
• I ask that any old emotional and spiritual templates/blueprints/roadmaps and  the structures/containers to hold outdated energies are dissolved and transformed within me.
• I ask that new templates/blueprints/roadmaps come in to bring forth a new, optimal way of living mentally and physically  and structures come in to bring forth a new container to hold new, optimal energies and ways of being in the world that bring forth optimal mental and physical authenticity so that my brain/intellect and my physical body are in the world optimally with my education, my career, my financial health and in all ways that apply to me.
• I ask to activate any codes within me that bring forth optimal mental and physical authenticity.
• I ask that optimal energies come in to bring me to optimal mental and physical awareness including positive action in the world.
• I ask that any old mental and physical templates/blueprints/roadmaps and structures/containers to hold outdated energy are dissolved and transformed within me.
• I ask to activate resiliency and trust codes within me so that my mind, emotions and body can make the needed changes easily and comfortably.
• I ask that resiliency and trust codes are placed within my aura, the attraction part of my energy field, so that I can activate resiliency and trust in everyone I met who is open to it.
• I ask to bring in energies to transform and cleanse issues, patterns, beliefs, unhelpful energies on a cellular level.
• I ask to bring in my own Divine Essence/Spirit to fill all voids and spaces.  I ask that my Spirit plugs into the circuitry of my brain so it can direct me mentally, emotionally, and physically in all areas of my life.  
• I also ask that the appropriate qualities and energies come in to bring me/them to my next level of growth including love, wisdom, harmony and balance.
• I call forth the strengthening and stabilizing energies for optimal health and vitality so my body accepts all positive changes as a positive with my Higher Self deciding what they are.
• I ask to weave the adaptability energy into all energy fields that affect me so that my mind, emotions and body adapt easily and comfortably to all the changes.  
• I ask that a stability structure comes in so I feel safe and stable with all the changes. 
• I ask for a strong grounding energy to ground these new changes.  
• I ask to restructure and recalibrate all energy fields that affect me into the pattern that reflects the work done today throughout all time and space and beyond, all appropriate dimensions, or until no longer needed. 
• I ask that a no time, no space cocoon or zone is around me (you could picture a caterpillar cocoon around you that is enveloping you in a no time, no space zone) to process all that I've brought in for a fast processing and upgrade of my energy field.
• I ask that all ancestors on my mother's side of the family and all ancestors on my father's side of the family, both alive and deceased, my soul group, interlocking soul group and all aspects of my soul and those souls with me in these lifetimes go fully back to their physical or energy bodies and all the work they choose to do integrates, processes, restructures, recalibrate and grounds with their physical or energy bodies using the no time and no space cocoon for a fast processing and upgrade of their energy field.
•  I thank my Higher Self for directing. I thank my optimal spirit guides for assisting aligned with my highest good, truth, and Source and thank them for continuing to assist me throughout completion of this process and beyond with my Higher Self directing.

We are all blessed to be in an era of great change.  The darkest shadows are up for healing on our planet and surely the entire cosmos.  You are the answer to this collective transformation by doing your own inner work.  By doing so, we can move into our highest potential individually thus collectively since we are all interconnected.
