We are called to embody a consciousness much higher than what is here!

I was recently in beautiful Costa Rica with two of my soul family members, Lillian and John.  We talked about collective change and our belief that we are at the beginning stage of being in a new era.  We also talked about what being in a new era actually means and looks like.  I think the new era is different for different people.

Some people tell me they don't notice much change--that people still have a sheep mentality where old style expectations are still a part of how they look at life.  This group of people believe that things may be getting worst due to outdated beliefs breeding more violence and difficulty all around the globe.

Some people tell me they're noticing lots of change--that there are many more open minded people and that people are starting to change and look at life quite differently.  This group of people believe that violence and difficulty have always been there but, because of internet and more public awareness, we are now able to fully see it rather than have it hidden.  This is allowing things to change.

There are many realities being experienced simultaneously from the "not much as changed" reality to the "things are changing dramatically" reality.  I'm in the second group.  Any person I meet is open minded and wants to look at life differently.  It doesn't matter where I go or where I'm located, I end up talking to open minded, curious people.

On the airplane, back from my trip, I sat next to a man in his early to mid-30's.  We talked about where we were going and what we did on our trips.  We then got into what we each did for a living.  He worked for a company that manufactured tires.  He was reading a booklet about the many types of tires available on the market and details about them.  He asked me what I did for a living.  I told him that I did alternative counseling using intuition, guided imagery, and energy work.  His initial response was, "wow--that's really far out there!  I've never heard of that before."  Despite this, he was very curious and open minded about it.  I figured I planted a seed of sorts that will make him more curious about other options in life.

 I think I'm in the, "things are changing dramatically" group because I'm personally changing dramatically and tend to attract people who want to change dramatically or are changing dramatically.  I'm, and those I meet, are beginning to embody a consciousness higher/different than what is currently on the planet.  I'm attracting a reality that fits what I am and expect.  I think that many of us are entering into this inner state of higher consciousness.

This doesn't mean you don't or won't have challenging times in your life.  However, you'll view the challenges differently and move through them faster.

How do we move into this new inner and outer reality more quickly and easily?  

A big part of it is being OPEN to a new reality.  Be open to suspending the way you'd usually look at life and look at it with a totally different perspective.  You're not going to know what that totally new perspective is yet.  However, when old, unhelpful thoughts come in, stop them and state, "I'm open to an entirely new perspective.

As you go about your every day life, notice how you're reacting to people and situations.  Are you judging them?  Are you reacting negatively to them?  If you are, then you have a belief that needs to be examined or old emotions or memories that need to be released.  If you have difficulty working through some of these things alone (there area always times when we do) it can be helpful to find a practitioner to help work them through.

As more of us embody a consciousness higher than what is currently on the planet, we directly effect all those on the planet since we are all energetically connected via a giant ethereal web or matrix.  As our inner reality changes, we attract more of who we are.  As we attract more of who we are, we find ourselves living in a totally new era.  Things that do not fit us will be around us much less or perhaps we just won't notice due to our nonjudgmental view and attitude.

Healing process to embody a higher consciousness

• I ask my Higher Self (HS) to direct and my optimal spiritual team to assist (spirits in the other realms/dimension that are more advanced than our human existence and have contracted to assist you in this lifetime).
• I ask for an energy of protection and energy of invisibility so only those spirits and guides that are optimal can participate and see in.
• I ask that all the work done is throughout my soul's history and beyond, all levels of my Being (my mind, emotions, and body) and all grid systems/energy fields that effect me using non-linear time to process.
• I ask that the vibration of love comes into all grid systems that effect me transmuting anything below the vibration of love into the vibration of love.
• I ask that the crystalline energy is structured into all grid systems that effect me raising the vibration of my physical body to the highest vibration I can comfortable manage.
• I ask that my HS pinpoints any memories, beliefs, judgments, and emotions that interfere with embodying a consciousness in alignment with my HS.
• I ask that the exact opposite energy of these memories, beliefs, judgments, and emotions comes in to neutralize them into self love.
• I ask that my HS comes more fully into my physical body and integrates with my mental, emotional, and physical bodies.
• I ask that all perceived and real losses, rejections, and abandonment memories, emotions, and beliefs are pinpointed and that the opposite energy comes in to transmute them into self love.
• I ask that a consciousness aligned with the 8th, 9th, 10th & 11th dimensions' (these are realities much higher than planet earth that are more aligned with love and non-judgment) feeling state and definition of love comes in at a comfortable pace and integrates.
• Ask that all the work is locked in down to a cellular level.
• Ask that all grid systems/energy fields that effect you are restructured and recalibrated into the pattern that reflects the work you did today throughout all time and space and beyond, all appropriate dimension or until no longer needed.
• Ask that a no time, no space cocoon (kind of like a caterpillar cocoon) goes around you (you are asking that your brain moves out of linear time into what most of the universe contains--non-linear time) for a fast processing and upgrade of your energy system.
• Thank your HS for directing, your optimal spirit guides for assisting.  Thank them for continuing to assist throughout completion of this process and beyond with your HS directing it.
